Deliverables:
The process began with gaining a deep understanding of the target users. This involves user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs, behaviours, and pain points. By stepping into the users’ shoes, we ensure the design decisions are grounded in real-world insights rather than assumptions.
After gathering research, the next step was to synthesise the findings into clear problem statements. Personas and user journey maps are created to represent key user types and their experiences. This helps identify critical challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Usability testing is conducted with real users to evaluate the effectiveness of the design. Feedback is collected to identify usability issues, confusion points, and areas for improvement. This iterative process ensures the design evolves based on actual user input.
Once refined, the final design was handed off to developers with detailed design specifications, style guides, and interaction guidelines. Collaboration between designers and developers ensures the final product maintains design integrity.
